Did you know October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month?

I did not..but now I know thanks to the committee in my workplace who were actively promoting the Pink Day :)

I haven't done any mammogram in my entire life, and now I should make a plan to visit the health center to do the test.

I did not know how to check for the lump, I should now learn so that I can be aware of my body condition,  and I can guide my daughters to check theirs too.

We only live our lives once so if we want to savour it the fullest, take care of it very well
